1. Once purchase order confirmed, estimated material ready date will be shared in 1-2day with clients.

2. steel material inspection will be made before production start and we ensure all materials’ thickness,quality and quantity.  

3. During the production, our QCs will inspect the items in the production to make sure perfect welding surface and full rack size.  

4. Powder coated painting inspection to ensure the painting thickness, painting quality

5. Ouman provide the standard package for export and loading photos will be provided for clients.

6. Ouman will also provide sea freight cost for clients to compare to save the shipping cost.

1. We provide installation instruction and drawings for every projects. And we also can send our installation team or engineer to install if clients need.

2. Ouman also provide detailed packing list to check the items in the container.

3. We provide 1 year warranty, if any damaged items caused by quality, we will provide the free items to replace.
