Project Background
Zhejiang Provincial Energy Group Co.Ltd. was established in the year of 2001 and the headquarter is located in Hangzhou city, Zhejiang Province,China. The main business is Power supply construction, power and heat production, oil, coal and natural gas development, trade and circulation, energy technology, energy services and energy finance.
Regarding to clients’ requirement, Ouman group technical engineer design team made a full automatic warehouse storage system among different warehouses to achieve the inbound&outbound management in certain warehouse and transfer deliver in the warehouse.
Four way shuttle racking system including the four way automated shuttle cart, vertical lift (to lift the goods in vertical levels), horizontal conveyor system (transport the goods into the racking system and from racking to sorting area),racking system and WMS/WCS management and control system.

Project Highlights
AGV forklift
1, in the project, we use Rainproof and explosion-proof AGV forklift and the load capacity reach 1500kg loading. And navigation method adopts Slam laser navigation, which can be combined with multiple sensors to avoid the interference of navigation problems such as raindrops in rainy days.
2, Support to use on rough road and used in the outdoor&rainy whether, and also can walk cross the slopes with more than 10°, and it also owns the function of obstacle avoidance.
3, Explosion-proof grade: Exd II BT4; Waterproof grade: The protection grade of related electrical devices is not lower than IP 54
Four way shuttle racking
The four-way shuttle racking storage system is seamlessly connected with the AGV forklift handling system, achieving a one-stop service for handling and storage.
Special Pallet for four way shuttle rack
According to the product features in client warehouse, we design a special type steel pallet for four way shuttle racking system and we also get a patent for the pallet.
New Type shuttle and charging pile
This project adopts the H180 new type four-way vehicle independently developed by our company, and is equipped with a dedicated charging pile, which can be charged more than 2000 times
